"We met Deborah about 18 months after we had purchased a new membership management system for our local bar association. It appeared the system we had purchased was not completely developed and functional, at least not to our expectations. The relationship with the software vendor had become ill willed with no sign of getting this system implemented for our staff to use. When we learned of Deborah’s software background implementing systems, we decided to contract with her for consulting and project management services. She laid out a project plan and scope of work to help us through this difficult time. Deborah was able to work with the software and IT company speaking their language to help us achieve our goals. In addition to helping us complete the launch of a new AMS she helped set up processes to simplify daily tasks. Additionally, Deborah provided staff augmentation services for our CFO during his absence for 6 weeks. Without Deborah’s services we would have had to purchase another system and suffer a tremendous financial loss."
